Yoga for All
Hello, I’m Gill Morrison, originally from the south of England and now happily settled in Fife. I have been practising yoga for about 25 years and teaching for 10 years. Yoga is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and can be used safely to return to physical exercise.
I have drop-in classes at Dickson Hall, Tayport; New Gilston Village Hall near Peat Inn as well as the YMCA at 93 Bonnygate, Cupar that you are welcome to try. On Tuesday mornings, I also have an early bird class at the Yvonne Gray Dance Studio, Cupar.
Some students prefer 1-2-1 classes which are held in the Studio at Pitscottie. These classes are ideal for those who want to further their practice at their own pace or for those recovering from surgery or injury.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, the largest governing body for yoga in Great Britain and continue to learn through modules run by BWY. I have recently completed a course designed to teach yoga to people living with cancer, using yoga as part of the healing process.
I teach Yoga in small classes to suit all abilities, at various venues in North East Fife, please see the Class Schedule for more details. For more information or to book yoga classes, please call or email me.
"I really enjoy Gill's class. It is good both for beginners and those more experienced, good for those who have some problems with mobility and those who are more supple, good for the young and the not so young. We do different exercises each week and a wide variety of exercises and Gill shows us how to do them and then talks us through them so that everyone can take part and benefit. I always come away feeling better.- Julie"
